In recognition for her achievements in family law, The Best Lawyers in America has selected Brousseau Naftis & Massingill shareholder Elayna Naftis Erick for their 2023 list of top attorneys. This is Elayna’s fourth consecutive year on this prestigious, peer-selected list.

As a family lawyer, Elayna says that the aspect of her profession she finds most rewarding is helping parents save and protect their relationships with their children through even the most difficult circumstances. In one of her first family law cases, she reunited a mother and daughter who had been estranged for ten years, an accomplishment that still drives her practice.
Apart from her work in family law – as well as business litigation – Elayna is an active member of her community. A lifelong resident of the Metroplex, Elayna serves on The Lamplighter School Parents’ Association board, and previously on the Annual Fund Committee. Most recently, Elayna was named to the Goodwill Dallas board of directors.
In addition to Best Lawyers, Elayna has also been named a Rising Star by Texas Super Lawyers, which recognizes the state’s most promising young attorneys.
