Continuing its recognitions streak, Brousseau Naftis Erick & Massingill has once again been named one of the top law firms in the country by Best Law Firms.
The firm was named to the publication’s 2025 edition for its expertise in family law.
To be considered for Best Law Firms, firms must first have an attorney on that year’s corresponding Best Lawyers in America list; for the last several years, firm shareholder Elayna Naftis Erick was selected for her work in family law. Following initial eligibility, firms are selected to the annual list based on feedback from referrals as well as independent research.

The firm’s Best Law Firms recognition isn’t the first firmwide honor for Brousseau Naftis Erick & Massingill this year. In August, the readers of Texas Lawyer named the firm’s family law practice one of the top three in Dallas.
To keep the community informed of legal issues affecting them, Elayna and her fellow attorneys write about family law topics, as well as other areas impacting Dallas families and small businesses, such as estate planning and business law. Elayna also has an active LinkedIn presence where she shares her insights on family law topics trending in the news.
